The planned Abundance Gate offers start-ups in the field of biotechnology laboratory and office spaces of variable sizes, along with suitable infrastructure for rent.

The architectural solution consists of two differently sized main structures, which contain modular office and laboratory spaces and are connected by an intervening atrium with access and ancillary rooms.

Access is provided on the ground floor through a foyer, which is associated with the atrium and the seminar rooms oriented towards the green area. On the side facing Breitenfurter Straße, there is the catering area, and in the basement, there is an underground parking facility for cars and bicycles as well as building services.

Starting from the first floor, the building is equipped on all sides with projecting grating walkways and climbing frames that allow for facade greening, thus making an important contribution to climate resilience. The plants help mitigate urban heat islands and contribute to improving the microclimate and air quality. The flat roof is also greened and equipped with photovoltaic.
