In the block urban structure of Prague´s 5th district is the large undeveloped land in the touch with the hilly city park. The task of the semestral project was to design a residential project on this plot.

While a northern edge of the site is touching the city park, an opposite corner meets a busy crossroad. The volume of the buildings is shaped along the streets, which are skeleton of the space. The buildings has a block character, but it is not closed towards the city park and it has an open corner, which allows a view of a semi-private courtyard and the park from the public space.

The building on the corner has up to seven floors and it has a layout with a stair cores. The house with a pale cladding has a special typology combining split levels and access galleries. The urban block is divided into two houses to adapt to smaller scale buildings in the neighbourhood and it also brings an answer how to deal with different terrain morphology on the site.

Both houses have most of the entrances from the street and there are some commercial spaces on the street´s corner. This can generate a more humanize environment because it eliminates a space of nobody.
